Delivery Policy — River by Lisa

Processing & Production
As every River by Lisa item is custom printed to order, our suppliers integration will let you know estimated delivery times at checkout after you have selected your products and entered your delivery postcode. 

UK Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days

Express Delivery — 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods such as holidays or sale events.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays
Occasionally production or delivery may take longer than expected due to high demand or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@riverbylisa.com and we will investigate.

Lost Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 60 days of your dispatch date so we can raise a claim with our fulfilment partner.
